SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All items except direct to garment items will be sent out using USPS within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. A tracking number will be provided to you once your item/s ship. Shipping will be a flat rate of $5.00 with free shipping on orders over $35.00. This is subject to change and will be updated here and conveyed at time of checkout.
RETURN & REFUND
POLICY
Masks
Due to the nature of the product, masks cannot be returned unless they are in their original unopened package. If the safety seal is broken, I
cannot accept them. No exchange or refund will be given. However, I will send a replacement if the mask was flawed or damaged due to an error on my part. Please contact me if you have concerns over a flawed or damaged mask and I will do my best to accommodate you by replacing your mask. You will be asked to share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where I can see the issue. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to replace your mask with the same fabric you ordered as some fabric patterns sell out quickly and are no longer available to me to make the product. Should this be the case, I will offer you a replacement of your choice.
I will offer a refund or exchange on the following items

Masks in original sealed packaging. If seal looks as if it has been tampered with, no refund or exchange will be given.

All other items that are NOT custom made with names, heat transfer vinyl or sublimation.
You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of any items you wish to return for replacement or refund. Once communication regarding a returned items has been established, you will have 14 days to return your item(s) to me. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once I receive your return, a refund, if applicable, is issued to your original payment method.
For Direct To Garment Items:
Wrong Address:
Please make sure you are providing a valid delivery address. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or your shipment is unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.
Lost in Transit:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part (ex: I entered wrong address, different from what you provided) are covered at my expense.
Misprinted/damaged/defective items:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
If your item is damaged, I will look into the order, you will be asked to share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where I can see the issue. I’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
Buyers Remorse:
I do not provide a refund for buyers remorse. Please make sure the item is what you want before you purchase it. Contact us before returning any item.
